It is the job of the police to protect us, but it is our job as citizens to protect the good cops from the crooked ones.
It should be the job of an honest elected official to do this, but sometimes they need help too...or have ulterior motives.

50% of marriages end up in divorce and this alone keeps Family Law moving at a nice pace. What we forget is that a divorce and custody battle has three agendas:

  1. The court's agenda

  2. The GAL's agenda

  3. The parents' agenda


These often conflict and while divorces can be messy, it is a slippery slope and before you know it, one party is engaging in parental alientation.
