I happened to stumble upon this Officer letting an unlicensed teenager drive his rental car. Unbecoming at best, reprehensible at worst with other problematic behavior.

Seems to be that the people we expect to keep our children safe cannot always do that when they are too busy committing perjury and having people lie.
