United Healthcare: Blatant Disregard for Privacy & Human Rights

Many months ago, I alerted United Healthcare/OPTUM CEO Andrew Witty that they are paying many millions of dollars for fraudulent physical therapy care and have been doing so for years.

These Physical Therapy clinics also violate HIPPA privacy laws daily, which now totals in the millions of violations. As far as I know, they have done nothing to stop this fraud. Instead, United Healthcare chooses to continue to harass me with ongoing and never-ending audits of my small PT clinic, where I only see one patient at a time.

Why would an insurance company ignore millions, perhaps billions of dollars of fraudulent payments over decades unless they were somehow benefitting from fraud?

We have to be our own Private Investigators. Read every EOB, check every paystub, and ask questions. No one else is going to do, so do it for yourself!
